This house was designed with the intention of creating a cohesive and warm living environment, where expressiveness arises not from demonstrative gestures, but from thoughtful decisions and the character of the architecture itself.
We worked with materiality, proportions, and accents, allowing the space to remain restrained overall, while at the same time possessing its own distinctive, unconventional moments that shape its individuality.
Atmo9 is an apartment designed at the request of a married couple for the wife’s parents. From our first conversation, it was clear: this space should not be a display of trends, but a place where living is easy.
“We want them to feel comfortable. Bright, calm, yet complemented by subtle sophistication,” — this is how the clients defined their main request.
“We imagine this is where it will be most comfortable to cook and spend time together, and the rest of the apartment will adapt to our habits.”
In Apartment 5AI, the family relocated the kitchen, redefining the layout and overall spatial logic. This required careful engineering coordination to ensure technical feasibility. The result is a cohesive interior shaped by a single thoughtful decision, meeting both functional and technical requirements.

The "DO apartment" became an example of a rational approach to space planning within the shared architectural framework of the series.
Unlike "project AI", where bold layout transformation played a key role, here the focus shifted toward functionality, practicality, and a clear zoning logic.
“We haven’t decided yet whether to live here or rent it out, so the space had to be as versatile as possible.”
Despite a layout similar to the DO project, Apartment 8A developed its own character. We kept the zoning logic while making the interior flexible and open — suitable for both living and rental.
The result is a space that adapts easily to different scenarios while maintaining its own identity.

We designed this office in Odesa for an experienced professional in commercial real estate and construction. He wanted to move beyond his usual approach and create an inspiring space.
The office is intended for his team’s work and business meetings. The main idea was to combine functionality with expressive, comfortable design.
